For individuals who have completed programs at PCC (IOP, CDIOP or New Leaf Academy) or have completed a higher level of care at an outside treatment facility.
Aftercare is held the first and third Tuesday evening each month from 5:30 – 7:00pm.

Aftercare supports further discovery of self, triggers and relapse prevention. It offers support and encouragement to those who have a foundation in recovery and mental health awareness.
