Our billing staff will bill your insurance as a courtesy to you.
Benefit information given may not be accurate and are not a guarantee of insurance payment. We encourage all patients to review their benefits information and out of pocket costs.
PCC contracts with all major private insurance providers, including:
- Blue California
- Anthem Blue Cross
- Magellan Health
- Aetna
- Medicare
- United Health Care
- Tricare
- Cigna

Other Insurance Providers:
Single case agreements with other insurance companies can be negotiated.
Payment plans are available and PCC staff work hard to support patients in providing the services they need.
Payment arrangements may be offered for testing and other procedures.
We take all major insurance and cash payments. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Partnership (MediCal).
